Position Description:
Sales Manager – Sales & Marketing: - Managerial Position
We are looking for a driven and passionate sales person who has solid selling and negotiation skills
An individual who is innovative, creative, an outstanding communicator and who demonstrates the energy and commitment to meet and exceed professional goals.
The applicant will have a proven track record in pursuing, evaluating soliciting, selling and confirming business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
Primary focus is to build a strong relationship with top end retailers and wholesale accounts.
Committed to growing business through the existing portfolio of accounts and to harnessing prospective accounts through direct sales efforts
Hotel Apprenticeship, Higher College Education
The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry
Excellent written and oral proficiency in English
Must have excellent presentation skills
Travel is required; both domestic and international.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel & E mail
Knowledge of Delphi & Opera is a plus
Applicants are required to have 3 years of sales experience with strong travel industry background and experience in resorts will be desirable.
