Duties & Responsibilities:
To monitor stock and prepare replenishment orders.
To monitor warehousing functions including receipts, goods in store, issues, storage, safety and delivery.
Shall be in charge of all receipts and issues of the stocks
Ensure full responsibilities for the entire procurement of supplies function.
Preservation and stock location
Ensure maintenance and amendment of stock level figure. Maintain security and safety of stock.
Perform any other duties assigned by his/her supervisor. Perform all stores clerical duties
Do any other duties as may be assigned by functional supervisor.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Materials Management
Profession Level II from the procurement and supplies, professionals and Technicians Board.
Must be registered with PSPTB/NBMM
Remuneration:
An attractive remuneration package will be provided according to qualifications and experience.
Age: Applicants should not be more than 45 years.
