The Ann Foundation seeks to provide education to children who lack meaningful access to education and other opportunities. Specifically, we work to provide English classes to disabled and otherwise underprivileged and under-served populations. This new project will help us to spread our mission into Tanzania and to make a difference in the lives of children there. 
OBJECTIVE 
We will educate the children in English, giving them important communication skills that can open up opportunities for them in their future education and eventually in their lives in the work force as well.

Working principally under the MEASURE Evaluation Project and the Department of Social Welfare, the Community Care M&E Advisor will work with the Director, DSW and Senior Technical Director, MEASURE Evaluation to: 
Work closely with the Department of Social Welfare Zanzibar on overall M&E activities including working from the DSW office as appropriate, attending DSW meetings and regularly meeting and collaborating with DSW staff on related M&E activities. 
Work with the Department of Social Welfare in Zanzibar on the development and implementation of the Most Vulnerable Children M&E System, including but not limited to supporting development and implementation of the National MVC M&E System Strengthening plan. 
Provide technical assistance to Local Government Authority staff on strengthening the National MVC M&E System
