Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Branch Manager will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Branch. He/she will be responsible for the control and monitoring of branch activities in terms of deposit level, revenue collections, risk management and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively manage and direct all branch business with the objective of achieving annual targets.
Responsible for the overall profitability of the branch
Maintain highest standard of quality customer care.
Ensure minimization of risks in the branch and that systems are in place to eliminate risks across all areas of the branch operations.
Ensure the branch implements and monitors compliance regarding money laundering prevention within procedures and controls that aligns with the bank's policy and BOT regulation.
Create ownership to agreed strategies and business goals, mobilize and motivate staff to achieve these common goals.
Promote harmonious working relationship between staff at all levels in the branch.
Participate in introducing new products & services and pricing appropriately based on market trends.
Qualification & Experience
The preferred candidate should possess the qualifications:-
University Degree or equivalent in a Business Related field
Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years experience in banking operations with at least 3 years at branch management level
Excellent knowledge of local banking business environment
Good knowledge of modern management techniques, organization and leadership skills.
Computer literate
