Description
We seek to appoint a Mining Production Superintendent at our Buzwagi gold mining, reporting to the Mining Manager.
Roster type: 6 weeks on 3 weeks off
KEY RESULT AREAS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Provide leadership to ensure that employees and contractors adhere to safety and environmental standards that exceed worldwide industry practice and any applicable legislative requirements.
· Demonstrate initiative by being able to take full responsibility for production and quality of the mining operation, i.e. drilling, blasting, excavation, dumping and construction.
· Able to interpret mine plans and effectively communicate targets and goals to the production teams

HIV/AIDS Clinical Advisor

Responsibilities
Provide didactic and clinical mentoring in comprehensive HIY/AIDS care and treatment and other related conditions for nurses,
Physicians, clinical officers and other healthcare providers within the clinical team and at local partner treatment facilities as appropriate
Gather and analyze data and use data to plan and measure performance for comprehensive HIV/AIDS care and treatment and other related conditions
Collaborate with Program Officers to advise on appropriate partner facility budgets for comprehensive HIV care for patients

The Kilombero Valley Teak Company ltd, (KVTC)
The Kilombero Valley Teak Company ltd, (KVTC) is a forestry company located in the Kilombero andUlanga Districts of the Morogoro Region. The Company manages teak plantations and natural woodlands and processes timber in a factory located In the Ulanga District. .
KVTC has an active out grower program for the local communities and the program is growing aggressively. The Out grower Support Program has reached a size where it requires a dedicated manager to monitor progress and standards of the out grower plantations.
In addition to the management of the teak out growers there will be close cooperation with agricultural NGO's in the area in order to link extension services to KVTC's out growers,
The Out grower Manager is required to work independently and the vast majority' of his/her lime is spent in the field. Note that this is not a desk or office function.

Job Purpose
To effectively and efficiently carry out internal audit and investigation functions by making independent examination inspection and evaluation of organization activities (financial and otherwise), reviewing accounting and operating controls in order to give recommendations which will assist members of the organization to discharge their duties and responsibilities.
Main Duties/Tasks:
Conducting regular audit to all VETA center and regional offices
Preparing audit reports and submits to Senior Internal Auditor
Conducting special audit whenever happen at any VETA center, Regional Offices, MVTTC and Head Office
Conducting audit/ physical check for the support given to other VET providers by VETA.
