The Company's core business lines are Services to Telecom Operators, Power Generation and Civil Works. PIVOTECH Company Limited currently employs over 60 personnel. Company Growth has necessitated the importance of having a person heading the Sales and Marketing for Tanzania.
Preferably a Tanzanian, not above the age of 35 years, computer literacy and fluent in speaking and writing English and Swahili. Experience of not less than three years in Sales and Marketing. The personnel must have the following skills in the addition to the Sales and Marketing professional.
- Managing a sales territory
- Sales presentation skills and stages in the sales process
- Analyzing Offer, How to answering customer objections
- Handling Customer objections effectively
- Presentation Planning Project
- Marketing Skills
- Developing a marketing plan
- Pricing decisions
- Developing and implementing marketing programs
- Internet, Managing & Marketing web-sites
- Direct Marketing, Sales Promotion and Customer Service
